How long does delivery take?
Standard Delivery takes 2–4 working days across the UK. Express Delivery — order before 2pm — arrives the next working day. Delivery pricing and free-delivery eligibility are shown at checkout based on your order total.
Do you deliver across the whole UK?
Yes — we deliver UK-wide, to homes and trade addresses alike.
Can I track my order?
You'll receive an order confirmation with your order number as soon as you check out. For an update on a specific order, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
What if an item is missing or damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo where possible, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery and Direct Bank Transfer are both available at checkout. Card payments will be added soon — check the Payment Method step at checkout for the current options.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Checkout is secured, and we never store card details ourselves — a Direct Bank Transfer order simply won't ship until your payment clears, and Cash on Delivery is paid in person when your order arrives.

Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing?
Yes — we offer wholesale pricing for restaurants, shops and other trade buyers. Get in touch via our Contact page to set up a trade account.
